一、项目介绍
2020年11月🚵🏼♀️，李克强总理在上海合作组织成员国政府首脑（总理）理事会第十九次会议上发出“建议加大上合组织大学建设力度，新增一批项目院校和专业；根据自愿原则成立医学🚞、法学🥑、农学大学联盟”的倡议🤦🏼♀️。为落实上述号召与倡议，2021年，意昂5(kgame)代理依托中国—上合司法培训基地，在教育部国际合作与交流司和上合组织大学中方校办指导支持下发起成立了“上海合作组织法律大学联盟”，已有国内外33家高校和机构来函确认加入联盟⛹️♂️。为更好落实“推动共建‘一带一路’教育行动”的重要倡议，充分发挥教育合作在促进上合组织国家青年交流与法治互信中的基础性作用🌞，项目依托中国—上合司法培训基地的平台优势，致力于搭建上合组织成员国法学青年交流平台🧬，增进各国青年对彼此法律制度的了解，为区域经贸合作与法治互信贡献青年力量。拟于2026年9月-12月开展上海合作组织法律大学联盟“尚合青年”高水平研修班项目。
二🙆🏿♀️、申请资格
1.上海合作组织法律大学联盟成员单位在校学生或在职教师🦓，身心健康🐃。
2.年龄、学历、语言要求：
●申请该项目者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力👨🏽✈️，学习成绩优秀🚴🏿♀️，年龄不超过40周岁。
●熟练使用英语🧗🏼♻。
●申请人应当同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。

（2）填写并在线提交申请信息；
2.我校组织对学生申请材料进行审核，经审核通过的申请人我校将发放正式录取通知书和签证申请表（DQ表）👩🏿🍼。
3.申请人持正式录取通知书和签证申请表（DQ表）至所在国使（领）馆办理来华签证手续，并按规定时间来校办理报到手续🧘🏽♂️。

II.. Eligibility
1. Current students or working professionals from member institutions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Law Universities Alliance, with good health conditions.
2. Age, educational background, and language capability requirements:
o Applicants for this program should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, excellent academic performance, and be under the age of 40.
o Applicants should be proficient in English.
o Applicants should meet the admission requirements of the university they are applying to in terms of academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant aspects.
III. Application Materials

o Fill in and submit the application information online.
2. Shanghai University of Political Science and Law will review the applicant’s materials. Applicants who pass the review will receive a formal letter of admission and visa application form (JW201 or JW202).
3. Applicants must present the formal letter of admission and visa application form (JW201 or JW202) to the relevant embassy or consulate in their country to apply for a visa to come to China, and come to the university to complete the registration procedures at the prescribed time.
